Every order arrives beautifully packaged in a branded, recyclable pillow box or square gift box, wrapped in stylish zebra tissue paper, perfect for gifting or treating yourself!
Delivery
Your parcel will be carefully sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service.
- Standard Tracked 48 – £ 3.95
- Special Delivery – £8.35 (for items over £150)
All my handmade silver jewellery is shipped with a tracked service to ensure safe and timely delivery. This way, we both have peace of mind knowing exactly where your parcel is, especially during busy periods.

Returns and Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I’m happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item has not been worn and shows no signs of damage.
Please note that commissioned or personalised jewellery made especially for you cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refund Process (if applicable)
Once I’ve received your returned item, I will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Returning an Item
If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- I cannot accept responsibility for return postage costs or any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. These risks remain with the customer.
- To ensure safe delivery, I strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your item.
